The Marvel of Design
The human body is nothing short of a miracle. Every second, millions of tiny processes happen inside us without us ever having to think about them. It’s a complex machine designed by Him, built to keep us alive and thriving in this modern world.

The Heart: Your Eternal Engine
Your heart works non-stop. It pumps blood throughout your body, delivering essential oxygen to every cell. On average, a heart beats about 100,000 times a day, pushing around 2,000 gallons of blood through 60,000 miles of blood vessels. It doesn’t take a break, keeping you going day and night.

The Brain: The Command Centre
The brain controls everything you do. It processes thoughts, memories, and emotions in an instant. Weighing just 3 pounds, it contains roughly 86 billion neurones. “The brain is wider than the sky,” as Emily Dickinson famously wrote. It’s the central hub that lets people experience life.

The Lungs: Taking a Breath
Lungs bring in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. You take around 20,000 breaths each day, taking in over 11,000 litres of air. That’s a massive amount of work just to keep your body refreshed.

The Liver: The Body’s Filter
The liver is a powerhouse. It performs over 500 vital functions, including filtering toxins and helping digestion. It holds about 13% of the body’s blood supply at any given moment and is the only organ that can regenerate itself.

The Kidneys: Keeping Balance
Your two kidneys filter about 180 litres of blood every 24 hours, removing waste to produce urine. They maintain the right balance of fluids and salts, keeping your internal environment steady.
Can Complexity Arise from Chaos?
The world operates like magnificent, unyielding clockwork. Every day, the gravitational pull of the moon and sun gently draws the ocean tides in and out, shaping our shores with relentless grace. Rain pours endlessly from the skies, yet oceans never overflow, balanced perfectly by the invisible magic of the water cycle and constant evaporation.
Above it all, the sun rises and sets, marking the passage of time without a single missed beat. It’s a breathtaking reminder that nature maintains its profound equilibrium, orchestrating tides, weather, and light in a harmonious dance that unfolds every single day without ever failing.
Also, it’s truly marvellous how our bodies keep us going day after day…. from inside the womb until our last dying breath! Our heart beats, our lungs breathe, and our brain directs the whole show without us ever having to think about it. Every vital organ works in perfect harmony for all of our years!
God surely did design a masterpiece when He created us. Even when under stress, 100% of our internal systems adapt to protect us. It’s an extraordinary natural symphony that doesn’t miss a beat. with every piece fitting together to create the gift of life!
Look inward. The human body is nothing short of an engineering masterpiece. From the intricate web of our nervous system to the self-healing marvel of cellular regeneration, every physiological system operates with breathtaking precision. The heart beats tirelessly over decades, the brain processes millions of bits of data simultaneously without a single glitch, and our DNA holds biological code far more advanced than any software ever written by human hands.
When we observe such staggering, purposeful complexity, a profound question naturally arises: Is it truly logical to attribute this level of design—along with the vast, orderly universe we inhabit—to random chance? Mainstream materialistic worldviews often ask us to accept that a cosmic explosion, the Big Bang, spontaneously generated order out of absolute chaos or that organic life eventually morphed upward from primitive ancestors into conscious, rational human beings capable of profound thought, art, and love.
Yet, in every other realm of human experience, complex information and functional machinery demand an intelligent architect. A complex timepiece implies a watchmaker; a sprawling, functioning city implies planners and builders. Why should the ultimate machinery of life and the cosmos be any exception?
Perhaps true logic lies not in clinging to unguided, random catalysts, but in acknowledging that behind every finely tuned biological system, every rhythmic beat of a heart, and every brilliant star in the heavens, there is an intentional, magnificent creator at work!
